I just spent the last weekend at a surprise Thing one and Thing two baby shower. I think it was a total success. Everyone had a wonderful time and I can't even believe we threw it all together in one week. The cake was my first attempt with lots of fondant. Very simple I admit but I'm a little less scared of it now. It does look a little sloppy but hey it's Dr. Seuss and his illustrations are a bit messy too. I'm really happy with how the cupcakes came out. The electric blue frosting didn't color everyone's lips as blue as I thought it would. I also created a line of printables to go with this theme that I will share in the very near future. Hope you have a very Seuss like day.
