Hello, I love the things you do, you are indeed gifted! Thank you for sharing ~ Do you have a recipe for pumpkin parfaits?
ReplyDeleteI don't have one up, but they were very easy to make. I used pumpkin pudding and mixed according to the pie suggestions on the box. Then I added 8oz of cream cheese at room temp to give it a pumpkin cheesecake flavor. For the whipped cream I used whipping cream and added some maple syrup to give it a nice maple flavor. II crushed up gingersnaps for the cookie crumbs. Then I placed the pudding in a cake decorating bag with the tip cut off and whipped cream in another bag. Then I layered the pumpkin mixture then whipped cream and then gingersnaps and repeated. If you want the gingersnaps to get soft, then make this the night before and store in the fridge. I guess I should share this recipe. If you have any questions let me know.
