One Year Blogiversary and Giveaway!

In a galaxy far, far away.... I started a blog.

It all started with this little tea party.  My first meager attempts at party styling and designing.  When I discovered party printables a little over a year ago, I was immediately hooked.  I've always loved illustration and throwing fun and original parties for my kids, so the idea of designing my own party decorations just made sense.  I figured with four children that would give me plenty of opportunities to create and let my creative juices flow.  Right about that same time I opened an Etsy shop to just see if I could even make a little money with some of my ideas.  I have loved every minute of it ever since.  The last year has been filled with fabulous parties, fun memories with my kids, and wonderful friends, oh and lots of yummy baking.

Living in Germany has made me a very independent party planner.  Years ago I ordered my sons Power Ranger decorations from an online store and they did not arrive until two weeks after the party.  After that I vowed to only use what I could find locally or make it myself.  Which is why I make all my own cakes, desserts and goodies too.

I think that is what made printable decorations so attractive to me.  The ability to print out your party invitations and decorations in your own home and never have to worry about the mail ever again. I also love that I can design the colors, patterns and clip art myself to match all of the other party details.

This last year has really been so amazing and inspiring and fun.  I can't wait to see what this next year is going to bring.

To celebrate my one year blogiversary I am offering a giveaway for a custom designed printable party package.  This can be a design currently found in my Etsy shop or if you would like something different then we will work together to create something entirely new for you. Party printables are great if you are a little bit crafty and creative and like to give your party a personal touch.  This giveaway is a wonderful way for you to try out printables for the first time for free or if you're a printable veteran then this is a great way to save money.

This package includes:
invitaions/ invitation cover
thank you notes
party banner

  5. I love your work. My son wants a star wars theme. He is a big fan of the clone wars. If he had his way it would feature mainly barris and Ahsoka.

    1. My son is a huge Star Wars fan too. That was his theme last year for his 6th birthday. I still can't believe there is an actual recipe for Wookie Cookies, that cracks me up.

  6. There's something about boys and Star Wars. While my son loves all things Star Wars he loves the girl Jedi’s the best. :) I too have been looking at all kinds of different items to cook and Brand as Star Wars food. I've seen a recipe for yoda soda and labels to just cover the soda. I even saw a picture using straws to make Jell-O worms- I thought that might be an unusual Star Wars dish to serve! I just have to think of a unique name to call it. This is where my husband will be exceedingly handy.
