I made these this weekend because my kids love donuts and they love muffins so the two together must be better. I found this recipe on Pinterest from Somewhat Simple.

Crepes, crepes, crepes
I will never forget the first time I had a crepe on the streets of Paris. I'd had crepes before but none could ever come close to that experience. It was ham and cheese oozing with warm gooey goodness. I will never forget how delicious it was and how wonderful it was to be actually in "Paris" while I ate it. Ever since then I have had an infatuation with this wonderful confection. It can be savory or sweet. Served for dessert or breakfast or as a snack. It's so versatile and simple, yet elegant and delicate.

Cinnamon Roll Pancakes
I
Words cannot express how good these are. I only wish I could pass on the smell and the warm gooey goodness that accompanied these amazingly wonderful pancakes. I found these at Recipegirl.com . I was hesitant to try them since I couldn't even imagine how you would combine cinnamon rolls and pancakes. My kids loooove cinnamon rolls and I hate how long they take to make so this recipe sounded like just the thing to make us all happy. I was right.

Eggnog Pancakes
Yet another eggnog recipe to satisfy my eggnog addiction. I made these the other morning for my kids and they loved them. They are light and fluffy with a hint of eggnog and just perfect for Christmas breakfast.

Grandma Porter's Apple Bread
I wanted to make something for the new teachers that are about to enter our lives and what better way to say hello than with fresh apple bread. If you don't like apples and moist chewy goodness then don't make this bread. I grew up eating this apple, cinnamon confection and have always loved it. My Grandmother made it for me and now I make if for my kids and hopefully they will carry on the tradition someday. This recipe comes from my Great Grandmother Porter who was a farmer's wife in Texas and based on this recipe alone I would say she was an excellent cook.
